The capacity problem
Your clients need their books closed every month. Your best people should be reviewing and advising, not coding transactions.
One dedicated accountant who learns your clients and your process takes that load off, without adding a hire.
What I take off your desk
You keep the client relationship, the tax work and the advisory. I handle the books that feed them.
Client files categorised and reconciled every month, ready for your review.
Review-ready financials on the dates you set.
Payroll records reconciled and matched to the books.
Clean COGS and inventory for your product-based clients.
How it works
No commitment up front. We agree the scope and cost first.
We talk through your clients, software, volume and review process. You get a clear quote.
A confidentiality agreement is signed before any access. You add me as a user with the permissions you choose.
I follow your chart of accounts, checklists and review notes, and document an SOP for every client.
Files are closed by agreed dates. You review and deliver to your client under your firm’s name.

Confidentiality
Signed before I receive any client access or documents.
You add me as a user in your or your client’s software and control the permissions.
I don’t contact your clients unless you ask me to. The relationship stays yours.
On every login, on every system.
Files move through your portal or an access-controlled folder, not email.
When a client or engagement ends, access is removed and files are handed back.

Who you’d work with
I’m CMA Inter qualified (ICMAP), with three years of experience running company accounts: bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, inventory and internal audit. Audit work trained me to close files the way a reviewer wants to see them, with every balance supported.
I work with a small number of firms so I can learn each client properly and keep quality consistent month after month.
Schedule a short callFAQ
Yes. I work under your firm’s name and inside your systems. Your clients deal with you, and I only contact them if you ask me to.
I work inside the systems your firm and your clients already use, so nothing has to move. Tell me your stack in the free consultation.
I’m in Pakistan (GMT+5). For US firms, work done during my day is ready when you start yours. We agree close dates per client and a regular check-in time.
Every client file has a written SOP and month-end checklist, so the work is documented. We agree cover arrangements and notice periods before onboarding.
After a free consultation, I quote either per client file or for a block of monthly capacity, based on volume and complexity. You know the cost before committing.
No. Tax preparation and advisory stay with your firm. I handle the bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end work that feed into them.
